Staff Profile - Dr Phil Sharples MBBS MRCGP DRCOG DoccMed Dip Trav Med

Phil is the Medical Manager for Frontier Medical Services. He joined the company in a full-time capacity in 2006 following a successful career as a General Practitioner and Occupational Health Physician, and has demonstrated the ability to facilitate and manage numerous projects whilst maintaining excellent client and colleague relationships.

Prior to Phil's full-time position with Frontier, he spent a number of years as a member of the company's field team providing Occupational Health services to many of the company's clients worldwide.

Phil maintains close liaison with Frontier's Operations Manager and Medical Advisor and acts as a facilitator for project specific information such as health awareness training and travel health. He also has responsibility for maintaining the company's clinical governance standards. He has a keen interest in professional development and works in close liaison with colleagues to meet the industry professional training standards.

Phil has a proactive involvement in the business development of Frontier Medical and is a member of the Health Sub-Committee for the OGP.
