Staff Profile - Judy Mason RGN

Judy is the Operations Manager for Frontier Medical Services and has responsibility for the overall management of all the Frontier Medical projects and medical personnel. She joined Frontier as a Project Manager in 1998 following a successful career as a registered nurse and has demonstrated the ability to facilitate and manage numerous projects, whilst maintaining excellent client and colleague relationships.

Responsible for the launch of the 'Health at Work in the NHS' initiative throughout Gloucestershire, England, Judy has proven project management experience. She has developed exemplary general management and people management skills, dealing with both clients and colleagues in a variety of often difficult and challenging situations.

Judy maintains close liaison with Bob Mark, the Clinical Advisor to Frontier, and acts as a facilitator for project specific information such as health awareness training. She has undertaken a number of medical audits on both seismic vessels and land based clinic locations and advises on clinical and administrative practice. She has a keen interest in professional development and works closely with colleagues to meet industry professional training standards. Judy has participated in both trauma and cardiac training courses in the field including a live exercise in Yemen for both doctors and nurses.

Judy has a proactive involvement in the business development of Frontier Medical and has delivered presentations promoting the role of remote site medics with health awareness at the international HECTRA conferences.
